Customer Fault Description:

I am considering sending you my iPhone 6s for repair. It no longer connects to Wifi and would not work. it would say ‘unable to connect to the network’ every time. At the same time, it would get temperature warnings, and get hot on the right side of the phone.When I tried to turn on wifi,in under 10 seconds it shows temperature warning and my phone feels so hot. I have the wifi antenna replaced, but it has made no difference.

The Apple store says they are not able to fix it and won’t replace it with a new handset because it is out of warranty.
